Kim knows business at all levels, having been involved in a family business for 12 years, assisting with all levels of accounts. She has also worked side by side with her husband for 15 years, running a successful family business with a number of employees and now her own small business. This gives Kim a much greater understanding of what it takes to run a business, more that just the numbers. She understand business.

Kim’s work experience with business ranges from Mum & Dad partnerships to multi-structure entities.

What Kim has learnt is most people don’t have their own business to work harder. They do it for many reasons; work flexibility, to achieve a dream, have control.
